Port Vale's away record has taken a dip in form of late, their 1-0 defeat at Morecambe on Saturday was only their fourth defeat all season but looks to have put the side's play-off hopes well and truly to bed.

Vale defender John McCombe came the closest to providing an equaliser, his sublime over-head kick was ruled out for offside.
