Well, Vale travel to Macclesfield tonight for the third time this season. It had better be third time lucky too.
We've been on the receiving end of a drumming twice this season. A 4-1 defeat at home and a 3-1 defeat in the FA Cup, I'm trying to get forget about that one, although it was made all the easier in the comfort of an executive box.
The most famous incident to come out of the first game would be winger Shane Tudor's analysis of the Silkmen, describing them as a s**t club. You only said what we were all thinking Shane.
Vale need to be on top form tonight, with tempers running high with frustration on the terraces towards Dean Glover and the board a defeat tonight would mean that Saturday's protests could start with some venom.
