Port Vale's promotion dream still lives on after they found themselves within two points of the play-offs with a 2-1 win over Accrington Stanley last night.
Kris Taylor sealed the three points for the Valiants when his shot nestled in the corner of the net.
Striker Craig Davies had given the Valiants the lead in the first half, but Accrington hit back with a wonder strike after the break and a draw looked on the cards but Vale's ability to bounce back under boss Micky Adams saw them send yet another bumper travelling crowd of Vale fans home happy.
